ଅସ୍ୟ ଶ୍ରୀ ଆଦିତ୍ୟକଵଚସ୍ତୋତ୍ରମହାମଂତ୍ରସ୍ୟ ଅଗସ୍ତ୍ୟୋ ଭଗଵାନୃଷିଃ ଅନୁଷ୍ଟୁପ୍ଛଂଦଃ ଆଦିତ୍ୟୋ ଦେଵତା ଶ୍ରୀଂ ବୀଜଂ ଣୀଂ ଶକ୍ତିଃ ସୂଂ କୀଲକଂ ମମ ଆଦିତ୍ୟପ୍ରସାଦସିଦ୍ଧ୍ୟର୍ଥେ ଜପେ ଵିନିୟୋଗଃ ।

ଜପାକୁସୁମସଂକାଶଂ ଦ୍ଵିଭୁଜଂ ପଦ୍ମହସ୍ତକମ୍
ସିଂଦୂରାଂବରମାଲ୍ୟଂ ଚ ରକ୍ତଗଂଧାନୁଲେପନମ୍ ।

ଆଦିତ୍ୟୋ ଲୋଚନେ ପାତୁ ଶ୍ରୁତୀ ପାତୁ ଦିଵାକରଃ ॥
ଘ୍ରାଣଂ ପାତୁ ସଦା ଭାନୁଃ ମୁଖଂ ପାତୁ ସଦାରଵିଃ ।
ଜିହ୍ଵାଂ ପାତୁ ଜଗନ୍ନେତ୍ରଃ କଂଠଂ ପାତୁ ଵିଭାଵସୁଃ ॥
ସ୍କଂଧୌ ଗ୍ରହପତିଃ ପାତୁ ଭୁଜୌ ପାତୁ ପ୍ରଭାକରଃ ।
କରାଵବ୍ଜକରଃ ପାତୁ ହୃଦୟଂ ପାତୁ ନଭୋମଣିଃ ॥
ଦ୍ଵାଦଶାତ୍ମା କଟିଂ ପାତୁ ସଵିତା ପାତୁ ସକ୍ଥିନୀ ।
ଊରୂ ପାତୁ ସୁରଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଟୋ ଜାନୁନୀ ପାତୁ ଭାସ୍କରଃ ॥
ଜଂଘେ ମେ ପାତୁ ମାର୍ତାଂଡୋ ଗୁଲ୍ଫୌ ପାତୁ ତ୍ଵିଷାଂପତିଃ ।
ପାଦୌ ଦିନମଣିଃ ପାତୁ ପାତୁ ମିତ୍ରୋଽଖିଲଂ ଵପୁଃ ॥
ଆଦିତ୍ୟକଵଚଂ ପୁଣ୍ୟମଭେଦ୍ୟଂ ଵଜ୍ରସନ୍ନିଭମ୍ ।
ସର୍ଵରୋଗଭୟାଦିଭ୍ୟୋ ମୁଚ୍ୟତେ ନାତ୍ର ସଂଶୟଃ ॥
ସଂଵତ୍ସରମୁପାସିତ୍ଵା ସାମ୍ରାଜ୍ୟପଦଵୀଂ ଲଭେତ୍ ।
ଅଶେଷରୋଗଶାଂତ୍ୟର୍ଥଂ ଧ୍ୟାୟେଦାଦିତ୍ୟମଂଡଲମ୍ ।

ଅନେକରତ୍ନସଂୟୁକ୍ତଂ ସ୍ଵର୍ଣମାଣିକ୍ୟଭୂଷଣମ୍ ।
