Priyam Bharatam
prakṛtyā suramyaṃ viśālaṃ prakāmaṃ
sarittārahāraiḥ lalāmaṃ nikāmam ।
himādrirlalāṭē padē chaiva sindhuḥ
priyaṃ bhārataṃ sarvadā darśanīyam ॥ 1 ॥
dhanānāṃ nidhānaṃ dharāyāṃ pradhānaṃ
idaṃ bhārataṃ dēvalōkēna tulyam ।
yaśō yasya śubhraṃ vidēśēṣu gītaṃ
priyaṃ bhārataṃ tat sadā pūjanīyam ॥ 2 ॥
anēkē pradēśāḥ anēkē cha vēṣāḥ
anēkāni rupāṇi bhāṣā anēkāḥ ।
paraṃ yatra sarvē vayaṃ bhāratīyāḥ
priyaṃ bhārataṃ tat sadā rakṣaṇīyam ॥ 3 ॥
vayaṃ bhāratīyāḥ svadēśaṃ namāmaḥ
paraṃ dharmamēkaṃ sadā mānayāmaḥ ।
tadarthaṃ dhanaṃ jīvanaṃ chārpayāma
priyaṃ bhārataṃ mē sadā vandanīyam ॥ 4 ॥
