ನೀಲಾಂಜನ ಸಮಾಭಾಸಂ ರವಿಪುತ್ರಂ ಯಮಾಗ್ರಜಮ್ ।
ಛಾಯಾ ಮಾರ್ತಾಂಡ ಸಂಭೂತಂ ತಂ ನಮಾಮಿ ಶನೈಶ್ಚರಮ್ ॥ 1 ॥
ಶನೈಶ್ಚರಾಯ ಶಾಂತಾಯ ಸರ್ವಾಭೀಷ್ಟ ಪ್ರದಾಯಿನೇ ।
ಶರಣ್ಯಾಯ ವರೇಣ್ಯಾಯ ಸರ್ವೇಶಾಯ ನಮೋನಮಃ ॥ 2 ॥
ಸ್ತುತ್ಯಾಯ ಸ್ತೋತ್ರ ಗಮ್ಯಾಯ ಭಕ್ತಿ ವಶ್ಯಾಯ ಭಾನವೇ ।
ಭಾನುಪುತ್ರಾಯ ಭವ್ಯಾಯ ಪಾವನಾಯ ನಮೋನಮಃ ॥ 3 ॥
ಧನುರ್ಮಂಡಲ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಯ ಧನದಾಯ ಧನುಷ್ಮತೇ ।
ತನು ಪ್ರಕಾಶದೇಹಾಯ ತಾಮಸಾಯ ನಮೋನಮಃ ॥ 4 ॥
ಜ್ವಾಲೋರ್ಧಮಕುಟಾಭಾಸಂ ನೀಲಗೃಧ್ರ ರಥಾವಹಮ್ ।
ಚತುರ್ಭುಜಂ ದೇವಂ ತಂ ಶನಿಂ ಪ್ರಣಮಾಮ್ಯಹಮ್ ॥ 5 ॥
