ಪ್ರಾತಃ ಸ್ಮರಾಮಿ ಹೃದಿ ಸಂಸ್ಫುರದಾತ್ಮತತ್ತ್ವಂ
ಸಚ್ಚಿತ್ಸುಖಂ ಪರಮಹಂಸಗತಿಂ ತುರೀಯಮ್ ।
ಯತ್ಸ್ವಪ್ನಜಾಗರಸುಷುಪ್ತಮವೈತಿ ನಿತ್ಯಂ
ತದ್ಬ್ರಹ್ಮ ನಿಷ್ಕಲಮಹಂ ನ ಚ ಭೂತಸಂಘಃ ॥ 1 ॥
ಪ್ರಾತರ್ಭಜಾಮಿ ಮನಸಾಂ ವಚಸಾಮಗಮ್ಯಂ
ವಾಚೋ ವಿಭಾಂತಿ ನಿಖಿಲಾ ಯದನುಗ್ರಹೇಣ ।
ಯನ್ನೇತಿನೇತಿ ವಚನೈರ್ನಿಗಮಾ ಅವೋಚುಃ
ತಂ ದೇವದೇವಮಜಮಚ್ಯುತಮಾಹುರಗ್ರ್ಯಮ್ ॥ 2 ॥
ಪ್ರಾತರ್ನಮಾಮಿ ತಮಸಃ ಪರಮರ್ಕವರ್ಣಂ
ಪೂರ್ಣಂ ಸನಾತನಪದಂ ಪುರುಷೋತ್ತಮಾಖ್ಯಮ್ ।
ಯಸ್ಮಿನ್ನಿದಂ ಜಗದಶೇಷಮಶೇಷಮೂರ್ತೌ
ರಜ್ಜ್ವಾಂ ಭುಜಂಗಮ ಇವ ಪ್ರತಿಭಾಸಿತಂ ವೈ ॥ 3 ॥
