પ્રાતઃ સ્મરામિ હૃદિ સંસ્ફુરદાત્મતત્ત્વં
સચ્ચિત્સુખં પરમહંસગતિં તુરીયમ્ ।
યત્સ્વપ્નજાગરસુષુપ્તમવૈતિ નિત્યં
તદ્બ્રહ્મ નિષ્કલમહં ન ચ ભૂતસંઘઃ ॥ 1 ॥
પ્રાતર્ભજામિ મનસાં વચસામગમ્યં
વાચો વિભાંતિ નિખિલા યદનુગ્રહેણ ।
યન્નેતિનેતિ વચનૈર્નિગમા અવોચુઃ
તં દેવદેવમજમચ્યુતમાહુરગ્ર્યમ્ ॥ 2 ॥
પ્રાતર્નમામિ તમસઃ પરમર્કવર્ણં
પૂર્ણં સનાતનપદં પુરુષોત્તમાખ્યમ્ ।
યસ્મિન્નિદં જગદશેષમશેષમૂર્તૌ
રજ્જ્વાં ભુજંગમ ઇવ પ્રતિભાસિતં વૈ ॥ 3 ॥
શ્લોકત્રયમિદં પુણ્યં લોકત્રયવિભૂષણમ્
પ્રાતઃ કાલે પઠેદ્યસ્તુ સ ગચ્છેત્પરમં પદમ્ ॥
